Introduction

Personal data is all kind of information that in some matter refers to you as an individual. When you use our website, we collect and process various data of this kind. For example, when you access content, sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a subscriber and other use of services on our website.

On our website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels, we typically collect and process the following data: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, mobile or other device, your IP address, E-mail address, name, geographical location, company, and which sites you click on (interests).

Furthermore, we use entered data on the website, LinkedIn, and Facebook etc. to load: name, phone number, E-mail, company & title. This will primarily be used to fill out contact forms or sign-up to the newsletter. We will use the collected contact data as a source to collect further information with the purpose of contacting you as part of our marketing.

Security
We have taken technical and organizational actions to prevent your data from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, deteriorated, or made known to unauthorized persons, misused, or otherwise processed in violation of law.

Purpose
The data is used to identify you as an user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your inquiries and to be able to communicate with you as targeted as possible. We also use the data to be able to provide the services you have requested, such as to send a newsletter. Furthermore, we use the data to optimize our services and content.

Storage period
The data is stored for the period permitted by law and will be deleted when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the type of data and the background for the storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when data is deleted.

Your personal data will be stored as long as your consent to receive the newsletter is active.

You can always revoke your consent by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each E-mail or by contacting us as indicated at the bottom of the page.

Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly clicks, geographical location, gender, and age segment, are passed on to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties that might be relevant in the above section. The data is used to target advertising.

In addition, we use several third parties for the storage and processing of data.

These process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal information such as name and e-mail, etc. will only happen if you give your consent. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

Insight and complaints
You have the right to be informed of the personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent for information about you to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
