Paw Trebbien

Founder & Project lead

More than 20 years of pharma experience and 14 years dedicated to pharmaceutical pricing and market access. During his career he has led the turnaround of pricing functions in four mid- to large-size pharma companies. 

Paw is an expert in pricing, pricing management, market access and has extensive experience within commercialization and launch of pharmaceuticals. During his career Paw has worked for Nycomed, Takeda, Lundbeck, LEO Pharma & MC2 Therapeutics. At LEO Pharma he had the global Pricing & Market Access responsibility leading 20 people and covering also  health economics & biostat. Most recently Paw led the launch of a new psoriasis drug across EU, EM & US in the position as Vice President at MC2 Therapeutics. 

Examples of projects implemented:

  • Complete redesign of pricing governance and pricing analytics
  • Built a coherent pricing team that influenced the organization towards a complete GtN turnaround
  • LCM Product profitability and pack mix optimization, reduced complexity with more than 50% whilst optimizing margins
  • Implemented several launch pricing strategies, leading to price premiums
  • Executed upon generic entry strategies, ensuring margin were kept and risky countries delisted
  • Ensured price management was handled according to internal governance and auditing standards
